Terms & Conditions
- Only App members to the MoneyBack program (“MB Program Members”) (operated by AS Watson MoneyBack (HK) Limited (“MBHK”)) are entitled to these offers.
- The promotion period is from now to 31 March 2027, after which they will be invalid.
- The offers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash/other services or products, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
- To enjoy the offers, MB Program Members are required to enter their correct member number and complete payment when purchasing via Hong Leong Insurance’s designated webpage. The policy (excluding “Single-Trip Travel Insurance”) must remain in force for the first two months; otherwise, the customer will not be eligible for the points reward.
- The corresponding MoneyBack Points will be credited to the member’s MoneyBack account by MBHK within 2 months after completing the purchase of the relevant insurance product on the designated webpage.
- The offers do not apply to any policy renewals.
- Any cancelled policies will not be eligible to earn MoneyBack Reward Points, regardless of the reason of cancellation. The applicable cancellation policy of Hong Leong Insurance will apply.
- MBHK and Hong Leong Insurance reserve the right to alter, suspend, extend or terminate the offer (or any part thereof) and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters or disputes will be subject to the decision of MBHK and Hong Leong Insurance, which shall be final and binding.
- If there are any discrepancies between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
