P2P Telemarketing CoP Certification

Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA)

Align with our professional service strategy, we passed the assessment and obtained “P2P Telemarketing CoP Certification” in the past years.

In June 2011, HLIA joined this program which held by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) and passed audit certification conducted by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency (HKQAA). The first certification is obtained in January 2012.
